Ted Forbister Obituary
FORBISTER, Ted
It is with great sadness that I write of Ted's passing. He died peacefully with wife Barb, son Ron, and daughter Elaine beside him. He fought his cancer to the end.
He is survived by Barb, son Ron and daughters Diane, Heather and Elaine. Also, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ted was born on the farm in Lundar, Manitoba. The family moved to Campbell River in 1954 where he met Barbara Oakman. They were married in 1955 and moved to Nanaimo where Ted became a long time truck driver and curler. Ted and Barb were snowbirds in Yuma, Arizona for a long time.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
