Thomas Sutton Obituary

Thomas Edward Sutton was born in Fort William, Ontario, April 2, 1946. His family moved to Vancouver, BC when he was 5. After moving many more times, his parents settled in Victoria in 1963.
He gave the Canadian Armed Forces a try before moving on to a lengthy career in banking - first with the Royal Bank and then with the Canadian Commercial Bank.
He lived in various cities and towns in BC and the Yukon and settled back in beautiful Victoria, BC in the 90s.
Over the past 30 years, Tom enjoyed a successful career and made many friends in the car business at Ensign Chrysler and then at Willie Dodge.
He met his wife Donna through a blind date and it was love at first sight.
Tom enjoyed all things motorized (especially ones that "go like stink"), history, music, gardening, reading, cribbage, and travel. His true passion was his family and he loved his wife, children, siblings, and grandchildren so very deeply.
Tom is remembered with great love by his wife, Donna, his three children: Andrew, James (Holly), and Lauren (Mark), three step-daughters: Erin (Corey), Shannon (Cory) and Sarah (Cam), his seven grandchildren: Sierra, Riah, Cole, Calla, Madi, Ethan, Nolan, and many amazing nieces and nephews, and siblings Jane, Matt (Colline) and Norm (Sheila). Tom is pre-deceased by his mother Dorothy, his father Lew and his brother Tim.
