Velma Bass Obituary

BASS, Velma Lois (nee Neelands) 1934 - 2017 Predeceased by her husband, Tony and survived by her three children and seven grandchildren, Velma passed peacefully October 22 at VGH. She was a lifelong resident of Oak Bay and loved the ocean and neighbourhood of her childhood. She was an organist for St Patrick's Church for 25 years and enthusiastic member of the UVic Chorus for many years. Her quirky sense of humour and her frequent need for dark chocolate will be missed. Small family celebration of life will be held summer 2018.
