Wai CHAN Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we say farewell to our beloved mother and grandmother, Wai Lan Chan, who passed away Saturday August 16, 2025.
Predeceased by husband Samuel, eldest son Kenneth, sister in law Lillian, nephew Grant. Wai Lan is survived by her children, Donald, Daniel and Mona (Warren), daughter-in-law Sharon, and grandchildren Matthew, Laura (mom Sarah), Bryan, Brendan, and Aaron, brother-in-law James Ho, nephew Raymond.
Wai Lan was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed a full and long life. She took
pride in her family and always wanted the best for us.
She will be dearly missed.
A private family memorial service will be held.
