I am saddened to know of the death of Mr. Lui. He was a true professional at his trade and I always came away with a smile and a warm heart after visiting him. He did many an alteration for me over the years and now he has truly altered my heart. My condolences to his many family members.

We had the privilege of knowing Mr. and Mrs. Lui shortly after our moving to Victoria. They were ever so warm and generous with their friendship to us. We shared much happy time together when Mr. Lui recounted many of his funny stories to us at his workshop or over the dinner table. He was such a hard working man who always put his family first. We are very saddened by his sudden passing. Our deepest sympathy to the family.

It was with great sadness that my husband and I read about Mr. Lui's death. We were neighbours on Roseberry Avenue for 8 years. We used Mr. Lui for our alterations and he always gave us a wave and smile when he walked by our house on his morning walk. We had the priviledge of chatting with him on a few occasions about his children and grandchildren...their lovely photos were up where he worked. He beamed when he talked about his family. To Mr. Lui's beautiful family- we are very sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a lovely man and he will be missed. Genny & Gord Rufh
