My son graduated from Kwantlen in Oct of 2013.I was at the 2014 convocation in May 2014 (last night )as my son was receiving an award. My family and I were sitting directly behind you and your family.
I want you to know that as excited as I was for my own son...I couldn't help thinking about what you and your family were going through and are going through during this difficult time.We have lost 3 parents in less than 8 weeks and I thought this was a bad time for us until this night.I want you to know that my family and I were very moved and humbled by your own loss.I can't imagine how difficult this has been for your family but I wanted you to know how touched we were by your own grief and sadness.Thinking of you....

Doreen and Jack,
My sincere condolences to you and the family. Although we`ve lost touch years ago, Jackie will always be remembered fondly. He was such a bright young man, full of ideas and mischief, leading the neighborhood kids on many adventures. One that comes to mind is "play life". Oh, they had so much fun! I think memories are among Gods greatest gifts.
