I am sad to hear the news about my Aunt Chris. When Chris became my Aunt Chris I was six years old. I left for Toronto with my Mother when I was twelve. During those six years I remember my Aunt Chris as having a lot of baby cousins. Boy was she happy!
Years later Linda and I and our boys Braden & Devin spent 3 days with Chris and Keith at the Mulligans Bay camp. We canoed, portaged, and listened to loons. We shared a delicious fresh fish fry and reminisced about the good old days in Chapleau.
Our thoughts now are with all of her family at this difficult time. When Aunt Chris and I last talked just before Keith’s death she was so happy and proud of you all. So was Uncle Keith. My mother Dorothy was with Linda and I at their condominium. It was a lovely conversation that afternoon about all aspects of life. So sad when it’s over!
Because of Covid restrictions we regret we will not be in attendance tomorrow.
