John EDMISTON

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of an amazing man, John Edmiston, loving husband and best friend of Maria, brother of Ellen (Scotland), father of Jeff McClelland, Jill (Julian) Teske and special Papa of Jacob, Nigel, Keira & Nolan. Brother-in-law of Margaret, Gerald, Kathleen and Tom & Anne. He was a good friend to so many. John was predeceased by his parents, Charlie & Ellen. John could be found golfing with his pals, listening to music (mainly bagpipes) and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. John would light up any room and was larger than life, he will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Rest easy. "7 Days"
In honouring John's wishes a private family service has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
