Joseph Patrick (Pat) DiPersio passed away in Calgary, Alberta surrounded by family on March 6, 2015. Pat was born on July 17, 1920 in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia. Pat is survived by his 8 children: Diane (Greg) Nickerson of Okotoks, AB; Greg (Shirley) DiPersio of Sydney, NS; Merino (Linda) DiPersio of North Sydney, NS; Jim (Davina) DiPersio of Pugwash, NS; Valerie (Danny) Smith of Sarasota, FL; Michael (Angela) DiPersio of Salem, Wisconsin; Ron (Beth) DiPersio of Antioch, Illinois; Pat (Diane) DiPersio of Lindenhurst, Illinois; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A service and gathering of friends and family will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Home Okotoks 200 Woodgate Road on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 11 am. Donations in Pat's name can be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre.
