Dempsey and Marion Laird

Dempsey Jack Laird Marion Agnes Laird Marion Agnes (Jackson) Laird late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away August 14, 2022 at the age of 82 years and Dempsey Jack Laird late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away August 17, 2022 at the age of 89 years. Marion was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Edith Jackson; brother, Robert and sister, Katherine. Dempsey was predeceased by his parents, Claude and Annie Laird; brothers, Les, Tunny and Lyford; sister, Elsie and their great granddaughter, Callie Rayn. Marion and Dempsey will be loved and missed by daughter, Patricia Henschel of Sherwood Park, AB and her children, Ryan and Kathleen; daughter, Kathleen (Gordon) Mack of Saskatoon, SK and their children, Sonya and Tyler; daughter, Nancy (Richard) St Jules of Halbrite, SK and their children, Bryant and Brittany; daughter, Ione (Glen) Hill of Midale, SK and her children, Chantel, Shayna and Tanner; son, Trevor Laird of Weyburn, SK and his children, Riley, Nicole, Maison, Jaxon & Addisen; Marion's sisters, Ruth Annetts & Lillian McKenzie; Dempsey's sister, Lil Garret as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. A Memorial Service for the both of them was held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend M. Barnabas officiating. A Graveside Service will take place Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Carnduff Cemetery, Carnduff, Saskatchewan with Lunch and Fellowship to follow at St. Andrew's United Church, Carnduff, Saskatchewan.
