It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mom Arlene Joan Wilson (Coles). Our precious mom took her last breathe peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Margaret Bahen Hospice in her 80th year on Christmas Eve as the glistening snow was falling. Our courageous mom fought right to the very end after a second bout of cancer after being diagnosed just seven weeks ago. Our beautiful mom is no longer suffering and is at peace. Mom wanted to stay in the comfort of her home as long as possible. We're blessed to have taken care of her, spent precious time with her and honoured her wishes. When mom was ready, mom was under the phenomenal care of the team at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket; they're angels. The compassion, care, love and support will never be forgotten. Our mother touched the lives of so many, always had open arms for a warm hug and an open home to gather. Loving supportive mother to Frank and Jodi, adored by her grandchildren - Nana to Brooke, Jason and Colin, baby sister to Walter(late Stewart and Marilyn), sister-in-law to Jackie and Dorothy, cousin to Ian, aunt to Stephen, late Sandy, Carolyn, Cathy, Glenn, Dianne, Brian, Susan, Christopher, Scott, Jamie and great-aunt to Alexis. Amazing long-time friend to Dagmar and Nora. No matter who my mom came across, she touched everyone's hearts whom will cherish all the special memories forever. Our mom is a very beautiful, strong, independent, determined and caring person. Moms gentle touch, hugs and fond memories will carry on with us forever and for always. Mom will be deeply missed, always in our hearts but never forgotten. Our kindred soul left this life way too early. Our Christmas angel has her wings and will be watching over us. May you rest in peace Mom/Nana, we love you
