Fred was one of the most kind and considerate person I have had the pleasure of knowing. He was a fabulous husband to my cousin Bette. To say that he loved his children should be an understatement. No mater the need good or bad. Late or early Fred would be there. Rain or snow. I can’t even begin to list that amount of times Fred and Betty were there for so many is our overly large family. My heart goes out to our Betty. I will miss Fred terribly. I send loads of love to Betty, Dave and Nancy and the rest of the family. Cousin Harvey and Ray.

Betty & Family
We were saddened to read today of Fred's passing. You and Fred were such very good friends of my parents ( Al & Vi Smith) in King City. I still remember and am amazed that the Beaton family would travel all the way to Thunder Bay to participate in Geri and my wedding in 1976. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.
