Joe is a great man that was easy going. I never heard him say a negative thing about anyone. He lead a life based on doing the right thing for the right reasons - reminds me of his dad (my grandfather). Joe lived a peaceful life, passed on the lessons of life he had learned and touched so many of us. So sad that he was called home so soon,

so very sorry to know that my uncle is gone. even though we were miles apart i have nothing but fond memories about Joe. Phyllis, be strong and know that he is in a better place than you or i could ever imagine. Joe, tell Mema and Papa i said hello and that i will see them one day. God Speed!
