My wife and I have been procrastinating on our final expenses for several years. She had given me the push and signed us up for the lunch seminar. My wife was an insurance agent for 25 years and always against prepaid plans. The seminar was quite a eye opening experience to say the least. Matt Tucciarelli was our host and very pleasant, informative, with no sales approach in the meeting. Every person felt the same as us and made an appointment with him at the end, with no pressure. It was informative in the way of showing all cost and customizing a plan for a individual. I highly recommend attending one of his lunch meetings and moving forward. It is wonderful to know that no matter where we are when it comes that time, that only one call has to be made and no expense to our families. Thank you again Matt for guiding and helping us.

My personal experience was wonderful. Considering what a difficult time it is loosing a loved one, both Matt and Ashley were great to work with. The initial process we worked with Matt, he took his time explained everything for us and insured the best possible outcome for our loved one after that process we worked with Ashley who walked us through celebration of life services and additional assistance with the cemetery we chose I felt very much cared for and informed Allowing me to make the best decision possible. Based on my personal experience I would definitely recommend Baldwin brothers I use the Ormond beach location, however based on my experience I feel that the company as a whole employs caring loving thoughtful and conscientious people. My initial meeting with Matt Tucciarelli was at a Baldwin Brothers' presentation for prearrangement planning for cremation. I was interested so I attended with a friend. From the handouts and Matt's discussions of Baldwin's three cremation plans, I was intrigued as he explained in detail in a very caring way. He was very easy to follow and answered all questions so that I was able to choose the plan that was best for me and my family. I made an appointment to sign up. Again, Matt was very easy to talk to, cares about his clients and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I signed up and had a sigh of relief for myself and family who won't have to worry about cremation planning for me.
