You left so sudden that I didn't get a chance to say good bye. I will always remember your smile, your laughter, and the sound of your voice calling my name. As I sit here writing you this note I want you to know that I loved you and I will love you forever. My heart is broken and full of sadness.

Arleen and I were in band together and Ruth was my classmate. Although being in high school band was typically nerdy, Arleen was one of the cool kids in band.
