Asencion Cabrera Torres, "A.C." 89, went home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2020. A.C. Was born in Casa Grande, AZ on May 26, 1931 to Pedro Torres and Juanita Torres . A.C. spent his youth in Bakersfield, then settling in Southern California raising a family and living his dream of owning his own business and influencing his sons in the plumbing industry. A.C. loved to gather with family and friends and enjoyed hosting one to hundreds of people to enjoy good food and music . A.C. Was always willing to pursue new adventures and had great vision for the possibilities . He loved sports and you could find him taking in any sport his children or grandchildren participated in, he was the first coach his Kids had . Even at the age of 89 he enjoyed playing with his great grandchildren and recently taught one great grandchild to dive in a pool.

Torres "Sam" and wife Susan Torres of Coachella, Ca., daughters, Gloria Cates and husband Dennis Cates of Riverside , Ca , Mary Boydstun and husband Michael Boydstun of Keller, Tx,Elizabeth Hagemann of Hurst, Tx. A.C. Was Tata to 34 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren .
