Beatrice Denise Johnson Hart, 51, of Lafayette, passed away on August 7, 2019 at St. Franciscan Lafayette East surrounded by her family.
Denise was born May 4, 1968, in Lafayette, Indiana to Jack and Bernice Wagner Johnson. Denise graduated from McCutcheon High School. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle and was an avid animal lover.
Denise is survived by her sons, Cory Levi Farrell and Sequoyah Storm Farrell of Lafayette. Sisters Terry Jarrett (Roger) of Mulberry, Robin Markwith (Allen) and Twyla Farner both of Lafayette. Brother Tim Farner (Carol) of Lafayette.
Denise is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents Everett and Beatrice Bray Wagner and Artie Johnson.
A Memorial Service will be held August 24, 2019, at Evergreen Wesleyan Church in Lafayette, Indiana, at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Joesph Parks will officiate. You may sign the guest book and leave memories at www.soller-baker.com
