Not sure what to say?

Don, I remember your dad from our days at Northside Elementary. I recall how shy I was and how your dad always had an encouraging word for me. It was as if he knew each of us kids personally and cared about us with a genuineness that is becoming more rare these days. You and your family are in my prayers.

Your father will be dearly missed by those who knew him. I enjoyed talking and laughing with him when he we run into each other out and about. May God watch over each and everyone of you during your time of grief. RIP Mr. Bernard.

We follow a pathway that has no end
as we travel through life day by day.
Together with those who are dear to our hearts
and are there by our side, come what may
But sometimes a loved one must travel ahead
for reasons that aren't always clear.
And we're left behind to continue along,
missing one who is no longer here.
And while it may seem that the pathway has stopped,
it merely has rounded a bend,
And our loved one goes on...

The pain endured cannot be relieved, the loss can never be replaced, the memories can never be cast away; but with some amount of compassion, thoughtfulness, gentle words, one can surely help ease the pain. These condolence messages will help remind you, that although death separates us from one another in body, in spirit, the person always remains alive. Alive through the kind words they said to us, the caring deeds they did for us, the lesson that they taught us, and the example that they...

The kind and gentle person he was, I'm sure the one who made him, realized how special he was, to be left in the midst of this cruel world. He belongs to a place that is kind, a place that is away from all the hassles of this world. May his spirit experience celestial peace and heavenly bliss.

It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. The laughs, the stories, the smiles. And even though it seems like you can never recover from your loss, it is these very memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles.

To The Family, You are in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that God will strengthen you and may he find a comforting place in your hearts. "Chief", will be greatly missed as he was loved in a special way. May your memories bring you comfort.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Praying for the peace that your wonderful memories of your Dad will bring.

I pray GOD will give you all the strength you need. Do you think my dad is with your dad talking about raising hogs:-)
