Not sure what to say?

I only knew Vern through youth soccer, as he refereed for West-Mont United Soccer Association for many years. He was always friendly and will be missed.

Vern will be missed by the Suburban Philadelphia Soccer Officials and by the larger soccer community. He has been there through the years helping people along and making them welcome. He was one-of-a-kind!

Although I only had the opportunity to officiate soccer with Vern on several occasions, he was always a gentleman both on and off the pitch. He sincerely tried to keep the referee community involved, especially the young referees, and gave everyone an opportunity to advance if they so chose. I'm sorry that we didn't have more time together but I truly enjoyed our moments when we worked with each other. We will miss you.

I was always welcomed with open arms whenever Vern and I had met. Whether speaking on the phone or in person I knew that this man really put his heart and soul into making a difference In so many people's life.. My team Pa. Fusion and my staff will miss him dearly..May God bless !!!!

Vern always gave the extra effort for Youth Soccer, and was a pleasure to have known and work with at the Western Lehigh Columbus Day Weekend Tournaments. He will be missed!

I had not been in contact with Vern in a couple of years but in years past was very easy to get information from and as a new travel softball coach Vern mad my life alot easier.
My condolences to the Pulley family.
