Not sure what to say?

Although I was only the seamstress, I have quite a few warm memories of my times at the Alberti's home. Creating the home-goods that Nan imagined was always inspiring, and I always looked forward to seeing the Judge when I came to call with those projects. He and I had a standing joke where I always called him SIR, then he would say "Please, call me Chuck" to which I would always reply, "Ok...SIR"

I will miss you SIR, you were an awesome guy!

A great guy, a mensch, Judge Charles Alberti will be sorely missed. As he missed Nan. Beyond being a highly respected jurist and staunch Williams alum, Chuck had a wonderful sense of humor and acceptance of life. We shared slightly dubious Norman heritage. Wish we could share more coffee and more jokes.

Charles and I were classmates from Grade 1 thru 12...I was saddened to read of his passing and extend my very deepest sympathy to all of his family.

I'm so very glad I had the opportunity this past winter to meet the Judge. I enjoyed his convivial nature, informed opinion and strong interest in all that was happening. Certainly, a sparkling light has been dimmed . . .

I am so sorry for your loss I know God will help you through these difficult times. Psalms 46:1

To Judge Alberti's family,
I met the Judge at several events at the college and was one of those interviewed for the oral history. It was a wonderful experience and one I will alway remember with fondness for a brilliant, funny, thoughtful man. My thoughts and prayers of sympathy are with you as you adjust to life without him.
