I always enjoyed visiting with yall at Donnies Christmas Party.

Uncle Charles--What a life well lived! 89 years! Faithfully married to the same bride for 65 years. A wonderful family legacy of 5 children, 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. Rock solid Catholic throughout. Pillar of your community. A model of Texas grit and common sense. Able to work the land with bountiful harvests through the many cycles of life. What a role model you are for your family! We'll miss you. God bless and we pray grant thee eternal rest.

I enjoyed waiting on Charles and Rose every time they brought peanuts in to the peanut dryer in Aubrey, a lovely and kind family.

I will always remember Charles. He will be missed. Blessings to the family.

Charles Boerner was a wonderful man. Although there are MANY memories made with Charles, I think one of my most fun memories of him was when we we're playing 42 in dominoes. I bid low spots and he just laughed at me. He asked if I really wanted to do that because he didn't think I could. Well in the end I had the last laugh that night. It was awesome!
Charles will definitely be missed here on earth but something tells me his two grandchildren, Melissa and John, have welcomed him in to...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Charles was a great man and will be missed. Our prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
