Daisy Bobis Atienza

With deepest sadness and on behalf of Vicente Bobis' family, I would like to inform the passing of our beloved eldest, Daisy Bobis Atienza. She passed away at 8:30 PM (PST) on Saturday, Jan 9th at the Glendale Adventist Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. Daisy was 86 years old.

Daisy's bereaved children, Joy, Ellery and Miriam, Jennet and Gerry; grandchildren, Paul and Crystal, Patrick and Kathy, Nicole, Jeremy; great grandchildren, Cami and Vinnie; siblings, Lorna and Richard, June, Boy and Tita, Iren, myself and Joe would like to thank everyone for the prayers and support which gave us comfort in our time of need.

My son Ryan said, "Tita Daisy lived a wonderful life; let's celebrate that!" To our family, Ate Daisy was the perfect example of kindness, good heartedness and generosity and unknowingly has touched many lives. She lived by these words, a poem she wrote for my church wedding to welcome my husband, Joe, to our family...Thank you, Ate Daisy; we love you!

Life is a Journey of LOVE

Let there be CARING in the daily chores of life;
Let there be SHARING in the riches and fullness
of life;
Let there be JOYFULNESS despite the sorrows
and sadness of life;
Let there be lifelong FRIENDSHIPS that enrich life;
