Not sure what to say?

Dear Anita and family,
Chris and I saw in the WMU Magazine earlier this week that Dave had passed away. How the years have flown by since our short time together in South Haven! We have such fond memories of your family and we offer our condolences to you all in your tragic loss. Our prayers are with you.

Anita, I was devastated to hear the passing of Dave. My heart is hurting for you and your family. We had so many great memories from Houghton Lake. Dave actually taught me how to water ski. I will always remember your wedding because we both picked the same date and one of us had to change it so we could attend each others wedding. Dave was a great husband, father and papa. Although we haven't seen each other in a very long time, I will miss Dave and his jokes and laughter. RIP Dave.

Prayers to the Family.

Your loved one gave so much, touched so many, and will always be honored and remembered.
With Sympathy,

Being one of his youngest cousins, I always looked up to Dave as I grew up. He lived life the way it should be lived. He loved his wife & family, contributed to his community, and worked to protect others. Not many people can say they accomplished even half of what Dave did during his life. While my sadness is deep, I am a better person for having known my older cousin and proud to call him family. My families' hearts and prayers go out to Anita, his kids, grandkids, Susan, Linda,...
