Diane Middlesworth (mama) entered eternal life on June 4, 2019. She is survived by her 3 children Cozette Tripp, Kim Murray and Richard Turner. Diane was born in Bell, Ca. to Shirley and Warren Smith. Married for 50 years to Everett Middlesworth who's passing was a short 5 week ago. Celebration of life for both Diane and Everett will be held 6/24/19 beginning at 10 a.m. for visitation, 11 for funeral and then interment 12, with reception to follow. At Forest Lawn Cathedral City.
