Just a quick note to let you know how sorry I am to hear about the passing of Uncle Eddie. Although it's been a while, I still think fondly about seeing Uncle Ed and Aunt Lorraine every Sunday growing up. He will always be remembered lovingly.

Edward D. Scherer age 86, formerly of Bellwood and Grayslake, IL. Beloved husband of Lorraine for 65 years. Loving father of Michael (Liz) Scherer and Jan (Mark) Flosi. Dearest grandfather of Jason (Jessica) Flosi, Susie (Brian) Erber, Krissy (Jason) O'Hara and Jackie (Doug) McNabb. Dear great grandfather of Payton McNabb, Colson Flosi, Ben Erber and Addison McNabb. Fond uncle of many. Visitation on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 3-8 p.m. at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, IL and where funeral service will be held Wednesday, Setpember 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorials to: Lord of Glory Church, 607 W.
