Rosa and family,

My deepest sympathies go out to you all.

While I didn't really know Elvin personally, having only met him once or twice, I know how much of a foundation he was for the family from stories from Rick and Reina.

Many prayers to the whole family in these difficult times. Please call if there is anything I can help with.

Sincerely,
Rick Welch

Elvin was a bright ray of sunshine when we worked at the Post Office he could always make me laugh just a wonderful person

Rosa my deepest sympathy. So many memories come flooding back as I think about the two of you. I only wish I had got in my car and drove up to see you since I have been back in Texas. Prayers for a healing heart for you and all of your family. Marilyn
