George Davis Tidd, 82, born on June 1, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA, United States, passed away August 29, 2020. George served honorably in the USAF, discharged from the service as a Captain. In the service while abroad in Libya, he met his wonderful wife of 57 years Vera. Vera, being a German Citizen, working for the USAF in Germany transferred to Libya and met George. George worked over 35 years for Mobil Oil Corporation and lived in many places while employed. George and Vera lived in many areas of the United States, eventually finding their way to the Coachella Valley. George resided in Indio, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Indio, California. A small Ceremony for Family will be on Tuesday the 8th @ 9AM, 2020.
