You were a good guy Jim, I enjoyed working with you and always found you to be straight forward, easy to talk to and a kind. Thanks for teaching me to make split pea soup and for Gikis gravy and meat sauce, it; like you are one of a kind. Rest easy buddy.

Jim, you were an odd guy when I met you in 1973, but we always got along ,you always had your own ideas and plans many which worked who knew later I would meet your sister and our paths crossed again then we were brotherinlaws I wil always remember you for your big heart and fun loving spirit May you REST in PEACE luv you brother

James T. Fassnacht of Villa Park, IL. Beloved husband of Carol nee Sceske for 37 years. Loving father of Bryan, Jeffrey (Debbie) and Timothy (Stephanie) Fassnacht. Dearest grandfather of Chloe and Penelope. Dear brother of Steve (Linda), Celeste (Rod) Cohee, Diana (Joe) Drake, Sheila Fassnacht and the late Darla (Warren survives) Laschober. Fond uncle of many.  Visitation on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 3-8 p.m. with funeral service 7:00 p.m. at Steuerle Funeral home, 350 S. Ardmore Avenue, Villa Park, IL. Interment private.
