Grandpa was like a father to me when I was growing up and I will never forget all the great times we had together and all all the knowledge he shared with me. He will be greatly missed.

Joe Franklin Howdyshell, 82, of Logan, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at his residence. He was born March 19, 1930 in Perry County, son of the late Harley Howdyshell and Irene Murphy Howdyshell Pavey. Joe was married to Patricia McCandlish Howdyshell, who survives. He retired from W.E....
