To the Massey family, We always enjoyed talking to 'Uncle John' at family get-togethers and will miss him. He always had a smile and a friendly countenance toward people. He had interesting stories to tell about his experiences growing up in 'old Florida'. May he now rest in peace with a life well lived.

Steve and Mary Nell, I know you will miss this very special man. What a wonderful life he had and what a wonderful family to help him make it that way. My best to all of you.

Mary Nell, Howard and Steve. My sincere sympathy to you on Uncle John's passing. I had many good conversations with him after work. He was very jovial and I will miss him. My wife enjoyed talking to him on our Sunday morning breakfasts at the Eagles on Barber street. We'll both miss him.

Mary Nell, Howard and Steve, I'm so sorry. He left a lot of good memories for
many people, including me. On the brighter side, he's in great company up there!!

Dear Mary Nell, Howard, Steve and Cuz... where do I even start... helping us dig worms or catch fiddlers to fish off the dock with, feeding me oysters as a toddler, his wonderful laugh, the best fried mullet ever, his total love for my brat bird: Lexie, the always twinkle in his eye, his cheery 'Hey Peg!' every time he saw me.
He'll be so very missed by all who knew and loved him.
Peg

MaryNell, Howard and Steve - our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will miss your Dad at the family reunions. He really knew how to catch and fry fish.
