Not sure what to say?

Thinking back to my years at Lakewood School I am reminded of the band teacher with the incredible piano and drum playing talent. I had the privilege of working at Lakewood during Jon's time there. He instilled in me the desire to make every day count for something especially as I was able to influence students through the DARE program at Lakewood. I have since retired and have lots of time to reflect on the legacy Jon left behind. The memories of times I had the chance to talk with Jon...

Anna, Patty & Bill,

I was so sorry to hear about Jon. You took me into your family and cared for me like one of your own. I will never forget how I admired Jon and thought he was the coolest big brother anyone could have - I was so lucky to get to be part of your life and to know Jon. Take care, you will be in my thoughts here in Finland

To Holly and family,
I am very for your loss...He will always be remembered; he will always have a part in my life, by making a better nurse that I am right now. Holly, please take care of your self, and I know you will stay strong for the kids. I will always keep you in my prayers.

Prayers for comfort in your time of grief.

Patty, I am so sorry about the loss of your amazing son. His many accomplishments were outstanding! What a loss as a role model to those around him. My prayers of comfort and peace are with you and his wife and family.
Fondly,
Pam Hill

Patty and family, I have many fond memories of stories about Anna and Jon as they grew up. I spent some great years working with Patty. My heart aches for you my dear friend and for Bill, Jon's wife and children, Anna, and everyone else he touched. It sounds like he left his stamp on this earthly world. Imagine the impact he will have in the Kingdom.

Dear Holly, We have been praying here in MN. both for Jon and your Dad. My heart goes out to you. THis is not an easy place for you now, but we have a God who comforts us during our time of grief. I will continue to pray for you and the children and my love to your mom and dad. Cousin Nancy
