Jose Luis Aguirre

Jose Aguire, 94 left us and went to heaven on Sept 11, 2018 with his family by his side in Palm Desert, CA. Jose was born Oct 22 1923 in Nogalas Sonora Mexico, to Maria and Alfonso Aguirre. His father was a border patrol officers and his mother was a home maker, loved arts and crafts and selling them.
Jose moved to the United States at age 28. In Mexico Jose was a volunteer fireman. He was the youngest of five children. His father passed away when he was four years old. In spite of growing up without a father, he was a loving caring father. in 1954 he married Cecilia Menard. Jose worked for Reuland Electric in motor assembly for 25 years.Together Jose and Cecilia worked hard, saved and invested in rental properties and were landlords for many years. Jose loved people, loved being around friends and family. He enjoyed laughter and joking around. He was a man of faith and had a strong belief in God and the Bible. His prayer and believed in this promise. "As for me and my house We will serve the Lord" His interested included handy work, repairs, and gardening and took great pride in his home. Jose loved to entertain, enjoyed holiday get togethers with family and friends, and opened his home to everyone. Jose is survived by his wife Cecilia Aguirre, and 5 children, Joe, Maria, Margie, Nonnie, and Dedee, and 10 grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
