Not sure what to say?

Lee was the voice I knew when I turned the radio. I recognized and appreciated his tone and his words. He was the one who invited my dad for ice cream over in the commons when my dad was helping to remodel the old fire station. He was a BIG guy with a very BIG heart. I am so sorry to have miss the celebration of his life. Our prayers continue for the family and those who grieve. So thankful that in this life we have HOPE and God will sustain. With love,

Jan

What a loss for all of us - especially for you and the family! Lee was such an encourager both in personal interaction and through the medium of radio. You and the family have been in our prayers. Sorry to miss being present at the Celebration of Lee's life due to a previously planned vacation.

Lee was the person on the radio who I knew and appreciated. His voice was so recognizable. He was the guy who invited my dad to go to the commons for ice cream while my dad was remodeling the old fire station. Lee was laughter, fun and an amazing man. He will be missed. Our prayers and thoughts go out to those who remain. We were so sorry to miss the celebration of his life as Jim and were out of the country.

Lee will live in my memories as one of the kindest, friendliest, Godliest people I was privileged to know and to work alongside for many years at C.U. Radio. His sense of humor lightened the load for his staff, on many an occasion. Lee's vision for sharing Christ in radio, with children, and with those he met and cared about day to day lives on in those he leaves behind. You are missed, Lee. Thank you for who you were and are. Christ's peace, to your family, now and always.

Prayers for comfort for the family. Lee's love for the Lord was evident in high school and I enjoyed listening to him on WCSG. We will see him again when we too are called home to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father. What a wonderful day that will be.

I always felt comforted and peaceful when I heard Lees voice on the radio. I only met him once in person but I always felt like we had a connection. He will be missed.

Dear Janice, We are so SORRY to hear of Lee's passing...we will be praying for you as you walk this journey.
Love, Bill & Karen Ryskamp

Loved Lee's joyous way of living life while at the same time being sincere. I've respected Lee ever since meeting him back in the 80's. Only getting to know him more in recent years at Easter and Christmas celebration lunches which allowed me to understand why I respected him from the beginning. Always comfortable with who he was and leaving a lasting impact on unknown numbers of people, including myself. Thanks Lee! Well done.

Dear Jan and Family,

Debbie and I have been praying for the Lord's comfort and encouragement for you, your children, and your entire family. We have great memories of our association through Freedom Christian Schools and of our youngest, Allison, being in the same class with Cory all those years. Lee was a blessing to all who met him. He was a special friend to Baptists for Life (Life Matters Worldwide) and served as the master of ceremonies several times at the ministry's annual...
