Not sure what to say?

Warm Embrace Arrangement

Mrs. Otten was one of the best people Ive ever met. Her kindness, sense of humor, love for Christ, love for her Chicago sports teams, love for her dear family- all left a big impression on me. I cherish the time we spent together. I know how much she will be missed by the ones who love her the most. Deepest condolences. Her legacy is already being carried on in a huge way. What more could she want? Til we meet again, G. Much love to everyone. -Rachel (Dolbin)-

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

Lorraine's Obituary

Lorraine Eleanor Otten, daughter of Otto and Mae Weiss was born on May 5th, 1921 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 6th, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life for 56 years, Richard Otten.  She is survived by her daughter Karen Selby, her son Daniel Otten, by 6 grandchildren, Scott Selby, Laura Selby, Christopher Otten, Jennifer Otten, Tad Manske and Joseph Manske, as well as 4 great grandchildren.

At an early age, Lorraine professed her love for and faith in Jesus Christ and was a faithful, devoted servant of God the rest of her life.  Her favorite bible verse since early childhood was John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life".

A memorial service for Lorraine will be held on October 17th, 2019 at 1:00pm at Community Presbyterian Church in Lombard Illinois.  Her wish in lieu of flowers is to donate to a favorite charity of your choice.

Please celebrate her past life of devotion to Christ and her new life in heaven with God and her loved ones there.

May God bless you and keep you Lorraine, Mom, Grandma and friend for all you have meant to us.
