Dear Ciak Family, While I was glad to visit with most of you yesterday, I am incredibly sad that it was because of you losing your brother and son, Matt. He always was and always will be my childhood buddy!!! Although I moved out of AP at the end of third grade, I will forever hold dear the memories of he, Mike and I playing football in the front yard, street hockey, foraging for cat tails, finding cray fish in the creek, riding our bikes to Federals (although we were not allowed to), high...

Dear Mrs Ciak, Susie, Paul, Chris, Jennifer and all your extended family members, I am truly sorry to hear this news. I was shocked to get the message from my Dad only this afternoon. I wish I could have been there to offer my condolences in person, but please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I wish there was more I could say or do, but just know that there are so many people praying for you now; praying God will give you comfort and peace as you go this tremendously difficult...

Rest in Peace Matt. Thoughts and prayers to his family. I am glad to have have the chance to talk with him at our 30 year reunion.

Our thoughts and prayers to Matt's family. My wife Linda and I have been neighbors of Matts for the past 22 years. Matt was a kind and all around good person and it was a privilage to have known him. He will be greatly missed in the neighborhood.

My heartfelt thought and prayer to Matt's family. I was lucky enough to have known such a wonderful and very kind man. I met you through my sister and brother-in-law (Linda and Gary Rosenfeldt) which are neighbors two doors away. Matt you will be greatly missed.

Matt, I want to thank you for the memories you gave us when we were growing up. You made us laugh and enjoy our time as kids together playing at "the creek", on the bikes, at Jerry's house or wherever we were. It was like our own downriver 70's show. You always had a way of looking at a situation and giving us a whole different perspective in your own unique way. You will always be my friend and I will never forget you. Peace.

Heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Matt's family..was lucky enough to have talked with him at our 30 yr class reunion. Matt was a very kind man and will be greatly missed. May God's love surround you all during this time.

To The Family Of Matthew.
My Husband & I got to know Matt after my Aunt (Virginia Budka) passed away. He was a friendly neighbor and would invite us over for BBQ'S. It was a pleasure living next door to him for the 3 years that we were living next to him. He will be missed. Our Thoughts & Prayers go out to all of his family & Friends.
