I did not know your father personally but he helped me a great deal in the search for my long lost sister. He was friends with my father at Hahn AFB and I just now tried to call him to tell him a bit of fantastic news and then when the phone was disconnected, I found this. I am truly sorry for your loss. I am very saddened to hear of Max's passing and my heartfelt prayers are with you. Max was very important in my life. When he was a big deal IBM manager in Detroit he rescued me from computer purgatory in Lima, Ohio...he said Lima was short for Lost in Middle America.
