Not sure what to say?

Words can't describe how much all of us loved Grandma and how much we miss her; her smile, her great stories, her dinners and her love for us. She expressed her love through her actions and made each of us feel that we were the most important person in the world. Grandma, we love you and miss you.

Carol and family:
You are in our prayers. Your mother was highly thought of by many and will be missed by all. May God bless you during this time.

Dear Kent and Cindy and Family,
Nelda was my 2nd grade teacher @ Allensville and I loved being in her class. While I was in the 2nd grade President Kennedy was killed and your Mother had to tell the class and we where all sent home early. She handled it tearfully and professionally. She was a great teacher and person.
So Sorry and Take Care,
Brenda Barber Fee

When i was growing up I recall how fondly my parents (Eva and Junior Ankrom) spoke of Nelda and Clyde.I was one of her many students at Allensville, there are certain teachers that still stand out to you once you are grown,Mrs. Maxwell was one of those special teachers.Sympathy to all her family members.

You all have our deepest sympathy in the death of Nelda. She was my first cousin as well as my teacher in the one room Boblit School. She also was my 4-H leader. She was always a very special lady to me. With our love and prayers.

Dear Cousins, So sorry to learn of Nelda's passing. She was my 8th grade teacher at Bee school. I remember her spending time before school and during recess helping me review for the dreaded 8th grade test, remember those? She rejoiced with me when the tests scores were announced. Our world lost a special giving person.
Love and prayers to all of you.

Carol and Kent, Your Mother was a true lady and I will never forget her grace and dedication to her students. My prayers are with you all. Carolyn (Waldron) Crabtree

Was saddened to see the loss of your mother and my second cousin. At the Maxwell reunions, I teased with her saying she and I were the smartest Bensons because we chose to marry a Maxwell. She would smile and say, "Yes we are."
Remember the resurrection promise.

With sympathy,
Arnold & June(Benson)Maxwell

Kent, Cindy, Carol and families: We are so sorry to hear about Nelda's passing......but I am sure her and Clyde are together and smiling.Nelda was my second grade teacher and definitely one of the best teachers I ever had. I remember her kindness and patience in the classroom and later in life as we became friends. Her and Clyde were two people that I highly respected and was honored to be part of their lives. I have very fond memories of Christmas and just visiting with them. My thoughts...
