God has called another soldier home. We will miss you, our heart is broken and in disbelief; the pain seems unbearably,but as time passes the pain will get easier. We will miss seeing that great BIG SMILE you always greet everyone with. I. Pastor James Otis Bulloch

A devoted husband, son, brother and friend has gone home to be with the Lord on September 9, 2019. 

 The son of the late Juanita Porter Bulloch and James Otis Bulloch Sr was born on May 28, 1963 in Bryan County.

 He received his early education in the public school of Pembroke, GA and received his High School diploma from Bryan County High class of 1982.

 He began his spiritual walk at Calvary Temple of Savannah, GA under the leadership of Pastor Maurice Rouche. 

 By the leading of the Lord he became a dedicated and committed member at Full Gospel Word & Worship of Beaufort, SC under the leadership of Apostle Dana A. Holmes.  He attended Full Gospel School of Ministry. As he matured and recognized the call of God on his life, he started his ministry Life Changers Christian Center in Pembroke, GA. By the leading of the Lord, he relocated the ministry to Port Wentworth, GA renaming it Fresh Start Worship Center.

 He will be deeply missed by his wife Shirley Stokes Bulloch. daughters: LaKeysha S. Oliver, Laurel, MD, Kennedi Bulloch, Zyaere Bulloch, Zoey Bulloch and Shadavia Jinks. Sons: Jeremiah Bulloch and Joseph Bulloch. Father James Otis Bulloch Sr. (Willie Mae), Pembroke, GA. Grandparents: Earl Morell Sr (Johnnie Mae Morell), Allendale, SC. Brothers Valnor Porter (Artis Porter), Sarasota, FL. Thomas J. Shuman and Dwight A. Shuman (Savannah, GA). In-Laws: Father Daniel Stokes, Bluffton, SC, Brothers Daniel Stokes ,Honolulu, HI, Cedric Stokes ,Bluffton, SC.;  3 sisters  Shawanda Stokes Atlanta, GA, Brittany Gadson (Norvell ) Columbia, SC and Tyana Shannell Scriven Estill, SC.  A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
