Patricia Aileen Ward, born November 6th, 1937 in Pasadena, California and passed away on December 15th, 2018 in Arcadia, California. She was a beloved Sister, Aunt, friend, Fur Mother, and Great Aunt.
Patricia is predeceased by her parents, Theodore Ward and Sally Ward Spaulding; and her Stepfather, Harold Spaulding as well as her beloved nephew David Ward. She is also predeceased by her beloved dogs, Alice, Thumper, Star, Pixie, and Biff. Her surviving dog, Spirit will be cherished and cared for by family.
Patricia is survived by her siblings, Kathleen Ward Winer and husband Peter David Winer; Robert Ward and wife Marty Ward; and Mary Spaulding Hense. Also, her niece Kirsten Winer Winters and husband Kevin Winters; and nephews, Daniel Ward and partner Randa Jamil, Bradley Winer, Grant Winer; and great nephews, Rutger Winters and Corbin Winters; and Mary Barton, a cousin.
Patricia resided in Altadena, CA throughout her childhood and lived in Alhambra, Ojai, and Monrovia as an adult.
Patricia graduated from Monrovia/Duarte HS 1955. She earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree from CSULA in elementary education, and completed several years of Russian studies, before earning an Accounting degree in 1978. Patricia maintained a successful career working at Citizens Commercial Trust and Savings Bank of Pasadena and as a Certified Public Accountant for Apodaca, Finocchiaro & Co , and Yorba Oil Co., Inc until retirement.

Patricia was active with several service organizations. Her greatest passion was for her dogs. She raised two dogs: Oski, a border collie and Carmi, a corgi for Canine Companions for Independence (CCI). She was an active member of The Pasanita Obedience Club. Additionally, Patricia was a member of Round Table International, Pasadena Chapter and served as President. She also was on the Board of Hear Center. (President of the Board while a member.) She was one of the first women accepted into the Pasadena Chapter of Round Table International.
