Not sure what to say?

Paul Hanly Jr. was a kind and gentle man. So many wonderful memories of him and Mrs. Hanly and Stephen, Jane and Matthew on Biscay Pond every summer since the early 60s. And all those trips to Roundtop for ice cream. He will be missed. Heaven has gained a one-of-a kind a angel!

I feel blessed to have known and worked for Paul many years ago. He was certainly one of the finest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My sincere condolences to his family for their tremendous loss.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Mr Hanly's family and to all those who knew and loved him.

My condolences friends. I teared up when I read the obit. Hopefully see you next summer "On Biscay Pond".

Paul Jr was always kind to me and my sibs whenever we visited our dad, Arthur H Benoit, or went to the store to work or shop. I remember him well. I also remember his dad and mom and his wife. It seems a Hanly was always near by while I was growing up. My mom and dad were certainly fans of the Hanly families (Sr and Jr). God bless and my sincere condolences.

My memories of Paul and his dad came from my work at A. H. Benoit's from 1968 to around 1975. During that time Paul Sr. retired and Paul Jr. became the Treasurer. What I remember about Paul Jr. was that he was always very calm outwardly, no matter the emerging issue of the day. Paul Jr. was a wonderful confidant and sounding board to my father in addition to a very good Treasurer in a...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

While working at Home Instead as a care giver, Mr Hanly was one of my clients. He always greeted me each morning with a smile. He was kind and very nice to me. Ernie, his basset hound, was a constant buddy. Together they took daily walks, weather permitting. My sincere condolences to Janice and the family. RIP Mr Hanly .

When I was in high school, I used to ride my bike over to visit his son, Stephen. Mr. Hanly was always very friendly and welcoming when I showed up! I also remember him and his wife attending church at Holy Cross.

A couple of years ago I was walking around Fort Williams where Mr. Hanly was walking his dog. I introduced myself and we chatted for a while...still the nice, gracious man.
