Not sure what to say?

I was one of Phil's classmates in Colonia Jr. and Sr. High Schools. He had a great sense of humor. May he rest in peace.

When I think of Phil, I think of the support he gave to the family when my Dad died. I remember his installation as Chief of CFD and how proud my Dad was of him. Phil helped give my Dad a wonderful firefighter funeral, and I was so proud and honored that the CFD asked Drew to be part of the honor guard at the chapel and grave. Phil saluted my Dad in uniform, and now Drew had the chance to salute Phil in his uniform. I will carry that picture in my heart always. Phil was my family...

Sending our deepest sympathies during this time of great sorrow. May you find comfort in all the happy memories you have shared. Phil was a great man who will never be forgotten! May he rest in peace.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time. Remembering all the fun times we shared with Phil years ago at my sister and brother-in-law's house. He always made us laugh!! He will be sadly missed (and Kathy also).
With love and sympathy always, Linda Alibrandi-Bucci, and Carmine Genovese.

To the Regan Family,

Please know that you have our deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved brother and uncle. Phil was a very nice person with a great spirit. He always greeted you with a smile regardless of how his day was going. Randy is so proud to have served as a Colonia Firefighter under Phil's command when he was Chief of the CFD. He will be greatly missed and we know he is resting in heaven with our Lord.
We pray you find comfort in knowing we thank God for...

How does one begin to thank the good Lord above for sending an angel to our world? Heaven needed you back Phil, so we are all left here sorting out the memories of you to fill our days. May you find the peace you so deserve and we know you will be smiling down on us until the day when we will be reunited once again. Give Mary K a hug for us!
Love, Jay, Diane , Andrea and Jason Frank

RIP Phil. My condolences to all the Regan family. Time passes by so quickly. My prayers are with you.
