Linda.. I'm very sorry and sad to hear of Dick's passing.. He was a good friend and co-worker of mine when we worked in IDOT's Bureau of Design. May God bless you and your family.

Linda, it was a pleasure to know you and Dick. I used to think you were the classiest couple at IDOT! As you know, I am a widow twice-over, so if you need to talk to someone, please feel free to contact me. I truly understand.

Linda,

I was so sad to hear the news. My heart breaks for you and your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the privilege of working with Dick on the letting system at IDOT. He had created a wonderful manual system for the contract process but was willing to share that information with us IT people so we could develop an automated system for the department. Could never have done it without Dick's help in that area. It was a true pleasure to get to know Dick and my thoughts and my prayers are with the family at this time. May God's peace be with you.
