Not sure what to say?

God speed Roger...

Did not know about Roger's passing until just recently. My husband Joe did business with him for many many years. What a great, smart talented and caring man. He will be missed so much. Prayers to the family.

Roger was a wonderful, honest and loving human being. I had the pleasure to know him for 36 years and always enjoyed his company and was honored to represent him and his company. I marveled at his ingenuity and drive, combined with compassion. He was always so upbeat and practical and I was pleased he made time to talk to me when time was so precious and short. I will miss you Roger and know you are at peace

Roger hired me to help out around the shop and and do yard work when I was 14 years old. He trained me as a machinist and was a mentor and remained a friend. Every visit to Villa Park included a stop by Park Tool and Machine where Roger and I would catch up. I will miss him. Paul

I cannot tell the precise moment when our friendship was formed. Like a vessel being filled, drop by drop it just happened. We shared much and then time ran out. I wish for one more conversation where we recall the success of our past and marvel at the promise of tomorrow. You are missed. Rest in peace my friend.

Roger was a wonderful man and we will miss him greatly. For my entire life, I've known him to be a caring, giving friend who would help anyone out as much as he could. From buying Girl Scout cookies from me as a child, buying them from my daughters, helping out with home improvement projects, loaning us tools, giving us pumps at 4am when our house flooded, providing a friendly shop to stop in at anytime, being a best friend to my dad, marrying one of my best friend's mom, and so many more...

Roger was the nucleus of a tremendous network of good people. We all benefitted from his intelligence, humor, strength and steadfastness. He even helped dogs be better "people" with his positive reinforcement. We will miss him forever. Dearest Diane, Matt, and Melissa: you have our deepest condolences.

The prairies of the Dakotas will be empty as my heart is with your passing. You have always been there when anyone needed help or if they needed someone to listen to them talk.
Although the we met some 35 plus years ago, I feel that I've known you all of my life and that we were as close as guys can be without being brothers.
Anne and I will miss your ever present smile and humor terribly, but we have the wonderful memories of having in our lives.

Rest in...

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
