Mark, you may remember me from my days working summers at Elm Lawn Cemetery. I learned of you son's passing just a couple of days ago. I am shocked and saddened to say the least. I remember both of your sons when they were young. You spoke of them often and were a great father.

You were a friend many years ago and wanted to extend my deepest sympathies to you and everyone in your family. We hope you find some way to get though this extremely difficult period in your life.

To echo J.D.'s sentiment, I am also very sad to learn of Ron's passing. Unfortunately, people drift apart and I had not spoken to Ron in years, but, a long time ago, Ron urged me on towards fitness, and took the time to put together a fitness and diet program for an out of shape guy he met, and acted as a fitness coach, which has led to a much healthier life for me. It was a pleasure knowing and working with Ron during our time together at Crescendo. I am shocked that he was called home so suddenly. My condolences to his family and friends. Rest in Peace, Ron.

Ronald Paul Bermea, beloved son of Mark D. Bermea and Terri F. Bermea nee Polkow, Stepson of Michelle Bermea, loving brother of Daniel Bermea, dear grandson of Barbara and the late Roland Bermea and Wendy and the late Ronald Polkow. Ron had a passion for hunting, hiking, camping, modeling, his gun collection and his motorcycle and many other hobbies and interests. Well known face and personality within the Chicago night life industry for his unique humor, heart and loyalty.
