Not sure what to say?

You will be missed

Sarah was always so friendly and full of energy and such a pleasure to paddle with down a river or on a lake. She will be remembered in our future paddles.
Kenny Joe Schenatzki , Chicago, Illinois

I was with Sarah to cross Lake Michigan in 2010; for a weeklong trip to the Canadian Shield in 2012; and on countless shorter paddles. She was inspiring, supportive -- and FUN.

A generous person, too. But on the trail, she could spot a berry-bush in a thicket at 100 yds, and if you didn't run to catch up, it would be picked clean by the time you got there!

I will see her kayak's wake in every ripple on the water for a long, long time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Sarah on a kayaking trip to Georgia last year. She was a great teacher and a wonderful person. She will be missed so very much by so many.

Sarah, you will be paddling on in our hearts.

My condolences to you all during this difficult time. You're in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah several times over the past year and a half. She was such a pleasant and funny person. I looked forward to chatting and laughing with her during those projects. I send my deepest condolences, love, and prayer to her family and friends.

I knew Sarah for many years as a fellow member of the ski club and also as a co-worker at Allstate. Sarah was energetic, fun loving and always a joy to be with. I was impressed with her unusual and varied array of skills ranging from making beautiful baskets, to sharpening knives, outdoor sports and various projects around her house. She was an inspiration to many many people. Dave Graves, San Diego CA

I am sorry for your loss. May prayer comfort you.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 "Pray constantly."
