Not sure what to say?

Heart felt sympathy to the Laing family from the Laws of Hilton Head Island, SC

Kitty and family,
Sending my heartfelt condolences to you all. I first met Les and you Kitty in Puerto Rico and we formed quite a bond; enjoying many great get togethers either at the farm or the homes of another member of the group. We all loved the many stories and jokes that he would tell. His love of family was ever present and he embraced our children as his own. They loved helping Uncle Les collect the eggs or picking fruits. We will all miss him. May he Rest In Peace and Rise in...

A great Jamaican. Giving thanks for a life blessed with longevity, well lived, and most worthy of emulating.
May his soul rest in peace.

May the Holy Spirit give the Laing family comfortIn your grief , remember the love he shared & the jokes he would give. May the joy of the Lord be your strength. R.I.P. Les

A gracious and generous man. May his soul rest in peace.

Uncle Les was a most charming and quietly dynamic man, a loyal friend and a Jamaican icon. We will hold dear his memory. May his soul rest in peace and God's light forever shine on him.
Lois & Family

As a younger Jamaican Olympian, I only met Sir Les once when the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association honoured the quartet for their 4x400m Gold Medal victory in Helsinki, in 1952. What I remembered most in meeting him was his calm and gentle spirit and one who displayed a pleasing personality. He will be sadly missed. My condolence to the entire family. May his soul Rest in Peace and light perpetual shine upon him.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Love, The Johnson’s
