Steve, I'll never forget your love and passion for the game, that same love and passion was felt by family from you. We always loved spending time with you before and after games. My dad truly had a special relationship with you and I know those were some of his favorite years when Ryan, Justin and I all played ball together. We all loved hearing your stories from your days of playing baseball, we loved having you as a mentor, and most importantly as a friend to our family. You will be...

Thanks for taking me under your wing Lefty. You made my college experience one of the best. Rest in Paradise Lefty.

Steve was a special guy. I remember him icing Matt's elbow in a motel room in Peoria. Our entire family is so sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed by anyone that know him.

I feel blessed to have known you and worked with you. You were the nicest and best Buyer I ever worked with. You were so accommodating with my and D's schedule. May you rest in peace. You made an impact in my life and you will forever be missed.

To Steve's family,

My condolence goes out to your family and loved ones. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I pray for your peace and strength in these trying times.
