Not sure what to say?

Please accept our most sincere condolences.

We first met Tom and his family at Christ the King in the gym for the guitar Masses. In later years he and Garrett did some business together and would meet once in a while at Sky Galley for a drink together and sometimes a meal. He was incredibly brilliant and very warm and kind. He will be missed! Our sympathies to the boys and families.

My sympathy to you on Tom's passing. Tom was a fellow attorney at Dinsmore and friend for so many years. As I am sure you are aware, you can be proud of the always careful artful manner in which he paracticed the law. Cathy and I have fond memories of social events with Tom and Pat. Tom will be greatly missed.

Farewell dear Tom! It was such a gift to have you as my “duenna” at the firm all those years ago. You were so kind. I was so lucky. Hope you and Pat are enjoying yourselves in the hereafter.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Dinsmore for a little over 4 years. He was always so pleasant and an all around memorable colleague. Praying for peace and comfort for all family and loved ones.

Tom and Pat were a lovely couple and Tom a very respected colleague. Sincere condolences. Gerald & Cheryl Rapien

I assisted Mr. Calder for a couple years pre-COVID at Dinsmore. He was a wonderful man. He had a little hearing, sight and arthritis issues but if you knew the inside heart of the man as I did, he was as smart as a whip and had amazing stories to tell. I had the utmost respect for him still coming into the office at 87 years old as he started there almost from the formation of the firm. He’s now at peace with his wife Pat but will be missed by many of us whose life he touched. ❤

Tom was a brilliant, hard-working, committed, gracious attorney who was my first mentor at our firm (Dinsmore), starting several decades ago. At a time when the firm had no women partners, and fewer than 10% women attorneys, he promoted opportunities to women attorneys in an unprecedented style and helped our firm grow into the diverse powerhouse it now exemplifies. His faith in God was also an inspiration, reflected in so many ways--particularly his civil demeanor shown even in the toughest...

Tom was very unassuming but an outstanding trial lawyer . It was a great privilege to work with him.
