Trinidad Querol Encina

Trinidad Querol Encina (Annie), was a caring and loving daughter, sister, aunt, grand aunt and friend. She lived a full life and was ultimately called from this world at 10:05 am on November 7, 2021 due to respiratory failure.

Annie was born on December 17, 1936 to Felix and Rosario Encina. She graduated from the University of The East in Manila, Philippines, obtaining a degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting. Annie migrated to the US initially residing in San Francisco for a couple years. She then moved to Seattle Washington in 1968 to reconnect with her brother who was employed there at that time. In 1970 she finally settled in Los Angeles, California.

Annie was a light hearted and fun loving professional who was always independent and self reliant. As an accountant by trade, she could be very conservative and frugal, but also loved shopping for little trinkets, gadgets and jewelry. She enjoyed traveling with friends, with cruises being her preferred mode of vacationing.

Annie was never married but had always been dedicated to her extended family. She loved her 3 nephews as her own, and would often open up her home to her cousins and their children. She would often go above and beyond to support family in any capacity she could, not as gracious assistance but often times as a personal responsibility.
