To everyone in Velma's family,
I knew Velma after her marriage to Dick Jones, when they invited me to sit beside them at church. She was soft-spoken, thoughtful, and good-natured. After reading her obituary last evening and again this morning, I couldn't help but wish I'd had the opportunity to know her much better. Hers was a life of many accomplishments. I dreamed of her and Dick last night and in the dream we were all in the church fellowship hall where we exchanged warm hugs. I...

Dear Kathy, Laurel & Gus,
My thoughts & prayers are with you at this time. I have many sweet memories visiting at your home. Your Mom was the sweetest person. May God bless you with His comfort and peace.
Sincerely,
Barbara (Carman) George

So sorry to hear of Velma's passing. We are remembering your families in prayer and wanted you to know that we have only happy memories of your Mom and Grandma.

Gus, Lori, Kathy,
It has been many years since I have seen any of the Feilers. My maiden name, Althaver, should ring of bell from the past. I graduated a year after Gus, at THS. God Bless and strengthen each of the family at the time of loss, and the months to come.

Grandma lived the life! She has touched so many hearts, her job here was complete, now she has a new begining. I will see you again one day. I love you
to her children, stay strong, she would want you to celebrate her life not mourn her death

My heart pours out to all of my family in this time of grief. We lost a very special, kind hearted and wonderfull woman. My word can't even express the hurt I feel to have lost such a person. I regret to say that I have not seen her in many years but that never weakend the bond that we had. She will be loved and missed everyday. My heart breaks knowing of the time I missed with my Great GRandmother I love you Grandma and I will always remember the way you were and strive to be half the woman,...

Dear Laurie, Kathy and Gus,
Your mother was a very sweet person and will be missed.

Blessings to all.
